BOSAL is looking to strengthen the R&D Product development team with a CAD Designer. In this position you design an automotive product using CAD, taking into account the design input from the development team and the requirements of the customer.

 

BOSAL is looking to strengthen the R&D team in Lummen with an Emission After-treatment Team leader. You will lead and coordinate the Core Competence Team Emission After-Treatment. This cross-departmental and cross-functional team works on multiple multidisciplinary product development projects and innovation projects for the emission after-treatment systems of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and off-road vehicles of the next generation, both for gasoline engines and diesel engines. You will assure the maintenance and further development of the core competencies for after-treatment systems, related to design methodologies and tools (both simulations and testing). You will manage the EAT innovation roadmap, accounting for new trends and legislative drivers as well as customer needs. You will have a key role in maintaining contacts in the industry, with research institutions, and in establishing an industry-leading position for Bosal.  

 

 

   

To support the growth within ECI, BOSAL is looking for a Program Manager ECI in Lummen.

As Program Manager ECI, you will help to deploy a new product-and-customer-portfolio within an embryonic market. ECI develops and manufactures components and systems for the market in the near future of ‘distributed electricity production’ for data centres and electrical charging stations for BEV (Battery Electrical Vehicles) based on high-temperature SOFC fuel cell technology, known for their high electrical efficiency. These components are now further in development for SOEC (Solid Oxide Electrolysis) systems to realize e-fuels and seasonal storage to store green electricity in fuels in mid-term. This activity within BOSAL is characterized as an environment of small teams with big growth potential. 

   

BOSAL is looking for a SEHQ Management System Engineer based in our HQ in Lummen, Belgium. 

As SEHQ Management System Engineer drives the development and deployment of the Business Management System to a ‘living’ system that complies with the automotive requirements, customer-specific requirements, international standards and applicable legal and other requirements. You deploy the risk-based thinking approach as basic input for the development of the corporate management system. You drive the organization to achieve and maintain third-party management system certification. You coordinate the external management system audits and monitor corrective action plans. You manage the business management system (BMS) documentation on SharePoint. You report to the VP SEHQ.

   

To structure, optimize, and manage the process of new business, BOSAL is looking for a Strategic Program Manager (SPM), who coordinates all global projects on a worldwide scope. A project typically contains the organization and implementation of emission control production processes in the BOSAL factories around the world. The SPM has an overview of all the global projects BOSAL ECS is running to ensure a structured, standardised way of working, as well as having overall responsibility for timely and successful delivery of the projects.

As a member of the acoustical engineering center of competence, you will be more specifically responsible for all the acoustical and performance-related functionalities of the exhaust system. 

 

BOSAL is looking to strengthen the team of 7 Process Engineers in Lummen. Our Process Engineer is a core member of the product creation process for emission control systems (ECS) and reports to the head of process engineering.
